Gentian AS is a privately owned SME with headquarters in Norway and with a representative office in Beijing.

Gentian designs, develops and markets immunoparticle-based diagnostic methods and products for the global clinical laboratory market. Our primary product, the Gentian Cystatin C Immunoassay, is world-leader in both sales volume and clinical accuracy, and we export 99% of production.

Gentian coordinates several well-funded international development projects in partnership with leading clinical and commercial organizations. These projects use promising nanoparticle-based technologies invented and owned by Gentian. A number of exciting and original diagnostics are in the pipeline.

Management and facilities are located in Moss, 60 km south of Oslo.

Together with a sister company Dalen Diagnostics, Gentian holds all quality certificates and product registrations required for development, production and marketing of the Gentian Cystatin C cross-platform immunoassays world-wide.
